Waiver Liability

I understand that participation in this event is voluntary and that I assume all risks associated with participating as a vendor. I accept full responsibility for my actions and for my business, employees, representatives, guests, products, services, merchandise, equipment, vehicles, trailers, and all other personal property brought onto or used in connection with the event. In consideration for being permitted to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Sports for Disabled Vets Corp., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, event organizers, sponsors, partners, venue owners, venue operators, affiliates, successors, assigns, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of every kind and nature arising out of or relating in any way to my participation in the event. This release includes, but is not limited to, claims involving personal injury, illness, death, property damage, vehicle damage, trailer damage, equipment damage, merchandise damage, theft, vandalism, weather conditions, wind, rain, fire, falling objects, golf balls, accidents involving spectators, participants, volunteers, vendors, or vehicles, parking lot incidents, loading and unloading activities, and any other loss or damage occurring before, during, or after the event. I understand that Sports for Disabled Vets Corp. does not provide insurance for vendors, their businesses, employees, representatives, guests, vehicles, trailers, merchandise, equipment, or personal property. I accept full responsibility for obtaining any insurance I consider necessary and for any loss or damage that may occur. I further agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sports for Disabled Vets Corp., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, event organizers, sponsors, partners, venue owners, venue operators, affiliates, successors, assigns, and agents from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or relating to my participation in the event or the operation of my business, booth, products, services, employees, representatives, guests, merchandise, equipment, vehicles, trailers, or other property.

Photographs and Video

I understand that photographs and video may be taken during the event and grant permission for my business, booth, employees, and displayed materials to appear in promotional or educational media without additional compensation.

Guest & Minor Waiver Acknowledgment

If you will be bringing one or more guests who are 18 years of age or older, you are responsible for ensuring each adult guest reviews and agrees to the Guest Waiver & Acknowledgment before participating. If the applicant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must review, complete, and agree to the Minor Participant Waiver & Consent on behalf of the minor before participation.
