Vendor Information
Vendor spaces are available for businesses, nonprofits, community organizations, food vendors, artisans, and service providers.
Depending on the event, vendor spaces may include:
- Booth space
- Outdoor setup
- Access during event hours
- Opportunity to distribute promotional materials
- Listing on event materials (when applicable)
Space is limited and applications are reviewed to ensure a diverse vendor experience.

Vendor Expectations
To ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone, vendors agree to:
- Be respectful to all participants and guests.
- Arrive during the designated setup time.
- Keep your booth clean and organized.
- Remain open during event hours unless approved otherwise.
- Follow all event rules and venue requirements.
- Display only appropriate materials and merchandise.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
Vendor Fees
Vendor fees may vary depending on the event.
Some community organizations, veteran service organizations, and nonprofit partners may qualify for reduced or waived fees.

What You’ll Need
Most vendors should be prepared to bring:

- Chairs
- Tent/Canopy (if outdoors)

- Extension cords (if needed)
